      Yangchuang provides quality assurance and perfect after-sales service for all products sold.

      Our company promises to provide one year free warranty service for products from the date of sale. If the user fails during the use of the product due to the quality of the product, he can contact the seller or our company with the purchase document during the warranty period, and our company is responsible for repairing the product for you.
 
One year warranty:
      (1) Within 12 months from the date of sale of the product (subject to the product's ex-factory date), if the product fails, contact our maintenance staff and send it back to the Yangchuang maintenance center (please specify the company name, contact person and A brief description of the fault information will greatly improve the efficiency of maintenance). For warranty details, please read the warranty regulations.
 
Lifetime maintenance:
      (1) From the day the product is sold, we provide lifelong maintenance for the product.
      (2) For defective products that are not covered by the free warranty during the warranty period, paid repair services will be provided.
      (3) If the warranty period is exceeded, paid maintenance services will be provided.
 
Freight description
      The transportation cost of returning the product to our after-sales service department shall be borne by the customer, and the transportation cost of the returned product after repair shall be borne by us. For the failure caused by product quality problems within 15 days, the return freight will be borne by our company.
 
Warranty regulations:
      Products that are in one of the following situations do not have a free warranty:
      (1) Fragile labels are torn;
      (2) If the warranty service period is exceeded;
      (3) Without valid purchase documents;
      (4) liquid, moisture or mold;
      (5) Failure or damage caused by improper use, maintenance or storage;
      (6) Failures and damage caused by non-product quality reasons such as drop, strong vibration, unauthorized modification, and misoperation after purchase;
      (7) Failure or damage caused by force majeure or accident;
      (8) Any failure or damage caused during the return of the product to the transportation;
 
Return instructions:

      (1) For customers who need to return or exchange goods, please communicate with the after-sales service in advance before confirming the return. Our company will not accept any undelivered items.

      (2) Open the inspection face to face before signing. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately.
